Bring Back the Smiley Face

For those who like to read a story, the Smiley is a pop culture smiling face designed in 1963. It is often seen now as an emoticon. Since this design was first created with a happy face with a yellow background, it has expanded to emotions from happy to sad.

So what does this have to do with humorous shirts?

Funnyjokes Gifts has a category called Round Faces that has these emotional faces on shirts to coasters. As in the sad face coaster that is displayed in a not so funny article about cataract surgery on HubPages. Some of these shirts are shown there but no link due to limitations.

Once you read that article you should understand what some of these quotes on t-shirts mean to me. (Leave a comment there and here to give me your opinion.)

You're damn right I am mad every time I think about it. Why had I expected so much and got back so little in return?

Keeping my expectations at a new low! Because now I am damage goods and will have to settle to be comfortable with that. Life is not so bad as long as I wear shades!

Travel, Food and Flowers on Gifts

Everyone loves souvenir t-shirts of great places to visit, as in the Niagara Falls t-shirt that is a collection of four photos on one shirt. Happy Badger Day T-Shirts

Okay it is December and according to the UK, National Badger Day is celebrated on Oct 6th. I have not heard of this day for the United States. Maybe it is out there somewhere. Travel Shirts and Magnets in the U.S.

The Headless Horseman was in search for new adventures. He wrote to his friend in the United States on where are the top sights to see while traveling America. His friend wrote back and told him that the top must see places worth visiting are the Grand Canyon in Arizona, Delaware State Capital and Niagara Falls in New York.

The Horseman came back from his trip with a couple of refrigerator magnets, a postcard of the capital in Delaware to send to his friend, and two t-shirts of the Grand Canyon and Niagara Falls. He really enjoyed his trip sightseeing and bringing back some memorabilia. America was fun during the day. However, the fun did not stop at night. The Headless Horseman enjoyed some night horseback riding, chasing people down and cutting off their heads.
